There should come a day when you stop thinking about the things on your bucket list and instead you start crossing them off.  Since I made the minimum age requirement for President this year and am technically old enough to run the United States, I think it's about time I get started. 

It is hard to decide which item I should check off my bucket list first.  Italy or an African safari?  You really can't go wrong with either!

A few years ago, I bookmarked this lovely little villa in Cortona, Italy (yes - you remember this town from Under the Tuscan Sun), vowing I'd get there one day.  It looks like the perfect place to relax for a week with a great group of gals.  Maybe a cooking class, a wine tour, floating around in the private pool or a delicious dinner on the terrace?  I could easily be persuaded to do all of them.

That's it.  2013 is the year that I go to Italy.
